Meet Mitchell

Mitchell Goss helps lead overall operations for the innovative digital customer experience agency Zero-In located in New York City's vibrant Flatiron district. As a true pioneer of the digital experience industry over 15 years ago, Mitchell has helped grow Zero-In into a global services provider servicing a wide range of clients across various verticals including retail, hospitality and food service.

Mitch started his career with KPMG as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with their ERP consulting practice before leaving to help found Zero-In.  He is a NY State Entrepreneur of the Year recipient and currently a Tech & Entrepreneur columnist with Forbes.  He is an avid outdoor enthusiast spending his free time in the mountains, in the ocean, or simply running the streets of Manhattan.
